After Easter Bunny

I know it's not even close to Easter but when my muse insists on an idea the only way I can get her to shut up and move on to another idea is to just give in and make whatever it is she's driving me batty with.

Let me introduce you to the After Easter Bunny.

What? You think it's easy being the Easter Bunny? You think all I have to do is hop around and leave cute little baskets with lots of goodies laying around for greedy little .... ummmm.

Let me tell you ... I get no help, none! It's not like that fat guy in the red suit. He has elves. All he has to do is sit around eating cookies, drinking cocoa telling all those elves what to do. He has only one night of work,.... one night!

Me, what have I got? I've got a bunch of chickens, that's what. Do you have any idea what it's like to work with a bunch of chickens all year long? Squawk, squawk, my hay is prickly ... squawk, squawk ... I want more seeds, ... squawk, squawk ... turn up the heat.

Halloween pumkin ornament

This Jack-O-Lantern sure has an attitude but then I guess we all would if someone wanted to make us into a pie.



Title: "Make Who a Pie?"
Ornament size with wire hanger is: 4 1/2" long.
Pumpkin is 3" tall x 2 1/2" wide.

Pumpkin is sculpted in Creative paper clay and the wire is aged copper.

My clay has arrived.

WOOT!!! My order of paperclay arrived today. I'm a happy artist! I can hardly wait to dig into it and make oodles of fun stuff. Sadly though, I'll have to wait until Monday, tomorrow is grocery shopping and laundry.

I hate shopping. Any kind of shopping, unless it's tools or art supplies. I AM THE ANTISHOPPER!!! Hehehe, my hubahubby thinks it's funny. He use to joke to friends about never having to worry about our credit cards because I just don't buy stuff. (He has no idea how lucky he is ...... bwahaha)
