Peek a BOO!

Somehow I managed to finally settle down after all the craziness around here and create a new ACEO. I haven't made one of these in a long time and it was relaxing to curl up in my recliner and paint while my poor, injured hubbahubby watched tv.

This is painted on 140lb. watercolor paper with acrylics and Prismacolor pencils. I love combining the two materials.

Universal dump

Had a very late night at the emergancy room with my husband. He tried to hack off his thumb with an electric hedge trimmer. Cut through the nail to the bone, cracked the bone. Will be taking him to see an bone specialist in a few days. Okay Universe, we've had enough crap dumped on us this year so you can stop anytime now and let something good happen!

Will the madness ever end?

I've been adding pages to my blog and writing code trying to get it all right. I had all my goodies linked to my auctions and was rather proud of the way it all worked ..... that is until some of those auctions ended and I realized I had to go back into all that code and remove those particular links.

What the heck was I thinking? I'm going blind from all that code and I'm now convinced that my brain was momentarily visiting another planet during the time I wrote it all.

Okay, so now I'm going to try something new. Instead of having all those lines of code linking this to that I'm going to make it simple ... I'm just going to post my prices on the art that is available and each page will have my email link on it so if anyone wants more information they can simply ask.

Please take a peek at my pages and tell me what you think? Do they look okay? Do they work okay? Has my brain gone on another space trip? LOL

Pumpkins, pumpkins everywhere

I don't know if it's my desire for cooler fall weather or the fact that I just love Halloween pumpkins but it seems my head is swimming with pumpkin ideas lately. So of course I'd have another pumpkin ornament to offer you all.

Pumpkin Scarecrow

I just finished my Pumpkin Scarecrow OOAK doll and decide to title it "I don't scare you?" This one was a real challenge to create. I just love his expression and all the details in this one. He's also my largest piece to date, 11 1/2" tall!
