Steampunk Broken Heart

Just finished another heart pendant. I'm still not happy with the pictures I'm getting and now I'm wanting to tear down my photo box and build a new one ... lol

You can find this in my Etsy shop

VERY cool, and VERY clever!! I love it!

What don't you like about your photos in your light box?

For this piece, and for your Vampire Heart (another cool piece!), that bright flat white really sets them off, creating a very basic primary color palette, with good highlighting, and just enough shadow to give it some depth, but not enough to overwhelm. A very strong and powerful presentation!

Thank you for you compliments.

Suzie, I'm just frustrated a bit with the adjusting I'm now having to do in Photoshop after my hubbahubby changed the settings on my camera. LOL, it's no big deal and he's been properly warned about setting my camera back to the way he found it ... lol

I understand completely, Tamara! For years, I would blanch everytime I saw my Hubs sitting at my computer, "fiddling". He didn't like the way that I had my icons arranged, or some other idiotic thing. He knew better than to ever touch my cameras! lol

So then one day, after getting frustrated over him tweaking my computer once again, I not only took off all of his icons, but removed all of the photos that I had put on his computer too. That was years ago, and he hasn't putzed with my computer since! lol And yes, I did put everything back after he got the message! ;-)

I doesn't sound like you're going to have to go to those extemes though, thank goodness!!

Your hearts are awesome! I don't see anything wrong with your pictures. Wish mine would look this great.

Tamara, love the heart and I think your photos look great! I so hear you on the hubby "adjustments". What IS it that they think they need to adjust and fiddle? Granted, I'm not very technical, but once I have something set up (my way) - I want it to stay that way!

Sue:)
